Gigante favors fast and efficient delivery to its customers.
To this end, we undertake a delivery commitment of 2 to 5 working days (delivery takes between 3 and 10 working days for the islands), through a network of partners that guarantees the security of shipments and speed of delivery.

The number of days expected for the delivery of orders is calculated from the date of shipment and not from the registration date. You can check all delivery times on a dedicated page here. On the same page are also the shipping costs and the order value.

– for deliveries in mainland Portugal and Spain, the carrier will contact you and try a new delivery
– for deliveries in the Azores and Madeira Archipelagos, delivery is carried out by CTT, so your order will be collected at the nearest CTT post
– for deliveries in another country, an email is sent with the tracking data where you can manage the delivery.

Gigante fabrics are selected according to the type of intended use and the maintenance of their differentiating characteristics will be longer lasting if care is taken when washing and drying the garments. So, keep the following in mind:
– Pay close attention to the first wash. Preferably wash the pieces inside out, by hand, in cold water, and without mixing other pieces;
– In subsequent washes, the temperature must be kept cold or a maximum of 30º;
– Always pay attention to whether or not the product allows the use of centrifugation;
– Avoid using softeners in the wash;
– Dry the items inside out, in a place without direct sunlight;
– Check the specific instructions on the inside label of your parts.
