Exchanges & Returns

On this page you will find important information about the Exchanges and Returns process.

Our Returns and Exchanges Policy expires 14 days after receipt of the order. If 14 days have passed, we will not be able to exchange or refund your order.

Eligibility for exchanges or returns

To be eligible for an exchange or return, the item must have no signs of use, dirt or wear.

Some items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear;
  • Accessories (Socks, Shakers, Bracelets, etc.);
  • Gift cards.
Products on sale are not eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

To make a product change, you should contact the Gigante Gym Wear Customer Support Team using the means described on our contact page.

Once the availability of the new product has been confirmed, the product to be returned must be sent in the same condition as it was received and in its original packaging.

Returns

A product has fourteen days to be returned to Gigante Gym Wear. (Article 10 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of February 14)

  • Letter: Oficial Gigante BCL, Lda, Rua Santo Amaro, 66, 4750-462 Galegos Santa Maria.
Indicating the following elements:
  • Name and address;
  • Order number and date;
  • IBAN.
The following must also be indicated if the communication is by letter:
  • Identification of the recipient;
  • Date of request;
  • Signature

Once the return request has been accepted, the product must be sent in the same condition as it was received and in its original packaging.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned product and depending on the condition of the product, whether or not the refund has been approved.

If the return is approved, a payment order will be issued, crediting the value of the order (except postage) to the IBAN provided in the return request.

Sending the return

To return your product, you must send it by post to:

The following information must appear on the outside of the return package:

  • Name of client;
  • Order or invoice number.

The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the product.

Returns will not be accepted for orders sent collect.

When returning your order, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned product.

If possible, you should send the products in their original packaging, or ensure that the products are well packed to avoid damage in transit.
