Please read the Terms & Conditions carefully.

Unless otherwise stated, the relationship between Oficial Gigante BCL, LDA. and its users is exclusively governed by these Terms & Conditions which we consider to have been read and accepted by the user.

Ownership of the Online Shop

1. The website gigantegymwear.com is the property of Oficial Gigante BCL, LDA, with registered offices at Rua Santo Amaro, 66, 4750-462 Galegos Santa Maria, with NIPC: PT516766031, hereinafter Gigante Gym Wear.

2. If you have any questions regarding the gigantegymwear.com website or these Terms & Conditions, you may contact Gigante Gym Wear Customer Service by any of the following means:

Orders

1. Orders for products available for sale on the Gigante Gym Wear website can only be processed online..

2. In order to make purchases through the Gigante Gym Wear website, you must register as a customer by filling in the registration form and providing the information requested for this purpose.

3. You can register before “Checkout” or during “Checkout”.

4. To start shopping on our website, you must select the product or products you want and “Add to Cart”. You should repeat this process for all the products you want to buy.

5. To proceed with your purchase, click on “Cart” in the top right-hand corner, or on the “About” menu in the footer.

6. If everything is OK with your order, proceed by clicking on “Next Step”, where you can change your delivery address, choose your payment method, apply coupons or notes.

7. Once you have selected your payment method, you will see all the items and prices, as well as your billing and delivery address.

8. Finalize the order and you will automatically receive an email with your order details, payment method and payment information.

9. If the item ordered is unavailable, Gigante Gym Wear. undertakes to inform the customer and refund the amount or exchange the item.

10. Orders will only be considered for processing and dispatch to the address provided if, after analysis, it is concluded that settlement of the amount has been received within three working days.

11. After this period, Gigante Gym Wear will automatically cancel the order and will not be obliged to notify the customer.

Prices

1. The sales prices indicated on the Gigante Gym Wear website are in Euros (€ EUR) with portuguese VAT at the legal rate in force, excluding shipping costs.

2. The customer will be informed of the shipping costs after placing the order.

3. Shipping costs up to 2 kg are as follows:

a) Mainland Portugal: 6,90€;
b) Portugal Islands: 7,90€;
c) Europe <1Kg: 13,90€;
d) Europe >1Kg: 19,90€;

Payment methods

The payment methods available and accepted by Gigante Gym Wear are:

a) Payment by entity and reference (ATM);
b) Payment by MB Way;
c) Payment by PayShop;
d) Payment by Credit/Debit Card;
e) Payment by PayPal.

Shipping

1. Orders are dispatched via CTT by registered mail or courier.

2. All orders have a tracking code, which will allow you to track and trace the order until it is received.

3. After confirmation of payment, orders are dispatched the next working day.

4. If the user does not receive the order within the above-mentioned deadlines, they must contact Gigante Gym Wear and explain the situation.

5.When you receive your order, always check that the order or products are not damaged.

6. If the package is damaged, you must reject it immediately and complain to the carrier.

7. If the order is returned due to an error in the customer’s address or because delivery is not possible, we will resend the order after payment of the shipping costs.

Cancellation of orders

1. it is possible to cancel an order if it has not yet been dispatched.

2. In the event of cancellation, you must contact Gigante Gym Wear and express your decision to cancel the order, stating the order number.

3. If the cancellation occurs after the order has been dispatched, you must receive the order and, from the moment the order is received by the customer, you may exercise your right to freely withdraw from the contract under the terms provided by law and described below.

4. In this case, the return costs will be borne by the customer.

Right of free resolution

1. The customer has the right to freely withdraw from the contract within 14 days, without having to give any reason.

2. The period for exercising the right of withdrawal expires 14 days from the day following the day of receipt of the product.

3. In order to exercise their right of withdrawal, the customer must communicate their decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement via our contact details, which must contain the following information:

  • Name and address;
  • Order number and date;
  • IBAN.

4. The following must also be indicated if the communication is by letter:

  • Identification of the recipient;
  • Date of request;
  • Signature

Applicable law and jurisdiction

1. Portuguese law shall apply to this agreement.

2. Disputes arising out of or in connection with this contract shall be finally settled in accordance with the Regulations of the Porto Consumer Information and Arbitration Center, by one of the arbitrators appointed in accordance with the Regulations.
