Gigante Gym Wear fabrics are selected according to the type of use they will be used for and will retain their distinctive characteristics longer if care is taken when washing and drying the garments.

So keep the following in mind:

  • Pay close attention to the first wash. Preferably wash the garments inside out, by hand, in cold water, and without mixing other garments;
  • For subsequent washes, the temperature should remain cool, or at most 30┬║;
  • Always pay attention to whether or not the product allows the use of centrifugation;
  • Avoid using fabric softeners in the wash;
  • Dry the items inside out in a place out of direct sunlight;
  • Check the specific instructions on the inside label of your garments.


The Gigante Gym Wear website is a secure site, based on a state-of-the-art platform and with additional protection services that use the latest techniques to prevent fraudulent purchases or breaches of your card details.

The following payment methods are supported:

  • Payment by entity and reference (ATM);
  • Payment by MB Way;
  • Payment by PayShop;
  • Payment by debit/credit card;
  • Payment by PayPal.

Whenever an order is finalized, we send an automatic confirmation e-mail.

If you haven’t received it, check your spam box.

If you can’t find it, contact our customer service team to check the status of your order.

Gigante Gym Wear prioritizes fast and efficient delivery to its customers.

To this end, we make the following delivery commitment:

  • Mainland Portugal: 2 to 5 working days;
  • Islands and Europe: 5 to 10 working days;

Shipments are made through a network of partners who guarantee the safety of shipments and speedy deliveries.

The number of days for delivery of orders is calculated from the date of dispatch and not from the date of registration.

No problem, but the ideal is, whenever possible, to ask for delivery to a work address where someone is most likely to be there to receive it.

If this is not possible, there are the following solutions:

  • Wait for the carrier to contact you;
  • In the case of CTT delivery, check that your package is at a CTT point;
  • Consult the tracking code of your order and manage the process from there.

Discount Coupon

Take advantage of this because these codes are limited and you can use them on the cart page where you will find a field where you can enter the code and see the discount to be applied.

There may be several reasons why you are unable to use your discount coupon.

You may be typing the code incorrectly, the code may have already expired, you may be trying to use the code on products with a promotional price and this is not possible because the discounts are not cumulative, you may be trying to use more than one code at the same time, etc.
